Established in 1998, Modular Installations & Design Inc. (MID) is dedicated to providing the highest quality installation services to our clients. MID has grown to become one of the most respected installation firms in the Chicagoland area. With a hand-picked crew of professional installers, our reputation for quality and efficiency is second to none. All of our project managers have a minimum of 10 years experience, managing projects of all sizes. The same attention to detail is meticulously maintained on every project, no matter how big or how small.

Nick Stober
- MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
With 15+ years in Chicago's commercial construction industry, Nick has proven that his diverse set of skills can operate at every level. Nick has a degree in Marketing from Illinois State University along with 20 years of sales & project management experience. Nick's broad knowledge of technology has helped set MID apart from the competition.
Tony Pietro
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A veteran of the office furniture industry, Tony has over 40 years of experience and has worked in almost every aspect of the business. Tony has worked on the dealership level as a salesman, sales manager and operations manager, and has worked as a manufacturing representative for systems furniture and wood case goods.
Rob Benson
- VICE PRESIDENT
With over 40 years of office furniture experience, Rob manages the day-to-day operations of MID. Daily contact with clients, vendors and the sales team keeps Rob in touch with every angle of a project. Both Vince and Rob are involved in every aspect of the projects that pass through MID.
John Holt
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With over 40 years of experience, John is a specialist in the office furniture industry. As a technical representative for an office furniture manufacturer, John has also served as director of operations for a dealership. Additionally, he has many years of experience in the installation field as an installer, foreman, project manager and account manager. John’s industry knowledge and attitude are the best tools for his number one goal of customer satisfaction.
Joseph Jaworowski
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Diversified in virtually every aspect of the business, Joe has a unique set of skills facilitated by 30 years in the industry. Starting his career in 1994 as an Apprentice, he has moved his way up to become not only a top salesman, but eventually the Vice President of a commercial furniture installation company. He is an asset of knowledge and a very well-respected resource in the Chicago construction market.
Kathleen VandenOever
- PROJECT COORDINATOR
Kathleen has 20 years of customer relations experience. She supports every aspect of the organization, from receiving and scheduling to client management and field support. Kathleen's daily contact with the many facets of Modular Installations & Design provides a valuable flow of information from our field staff to our customers.
Tom Domagala
- OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over 25 years in the commercial furniture industry, Tom handles scheduling of all projects with dealers, clients and building management partners. Tom is also responsible for appointing a hand-selected crew to each project as well as managing the coordination of MID's delivery fleet.
Joe Bellito
- PROJECT COORDINATOR
Upon graduation from Western Illinois University, Joe "Joey" has spent over 7 years in the commercial furniture industry. He's taken on many roles from overseeing a warehouse, to scheduling and project management. Currently Joe is assisting sales with project coordination, making sure that no stone is left unturned for every project he is involved in.
